At Jassy Moon Crafts, your satisfaction means everything to me. Every table and piece of furniture is handcrafted with care and precision — but if for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, I’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

  • I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of delivery.

  • Even if you simply don’t like the quality, color, or design, I’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

  • To start a return or exchange, please contact me through Etsy Messages within 45 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.

  • I’ll cover return shipping costs for damaged or unsatisfactory items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll replace or refund it right away — whichever you prefer.

Custom Orders

Even though most of my furniture is custom-made, I still want you to love what you receive. If the craftsmanship or finish doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re fully covered by my 45-day satisfaction guarantee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
