Thank you for shopping with Lobato Design! We’re excited to share our children’s storybooks with you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number if available.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer shipping within USA and selected international destinations.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like holidays, weather, or postal delays.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. International Shipping

We ship to select countries outside USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ch.lobato@outlook.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
